I had a back injury; noticed a nodule on my lung and other things too; did get covid; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "did not smoke" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN, SINGLE), administration date: 2020, for COVID-19 immunization; Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN, SINGLE), administration date: 2021, for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: BACK INJURY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "I had a back injury"; PULMONARY MASS (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "noticed a nodule on my lung and other things too"; COVID-19 (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "did get covid". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Additional information: The patient had a recent scan done and specifically a pet scan which evolved from an MRI. Anyway, they noticed a nodule. There were some other things because the patient had a back injury, so that prompted her to request a MRI, which, anyway, noticed a nodule on her lung and other things too. There were some other things too but anyway specifically with that the patient asked whether there had ever been any data linked because the patient had received the two Pfizer COVID vaccines, she thought the 2020 and 2021 back when they first came out so she had it and had them back then. The patient asked whether there had been any data linked from those vaccines to that particular issue. They noticed a nodule; she should have said cancer in general. The patient was just curious because the patient did not smoke, had no second-hand smoke exposure, had never had a bad chest X-ray, and had never had any of that. It was odd and the patient wanted to know because COVID was respiratory and wondered whether it could have been right after the shot somewhat, or no ? Because it was like it had been done, the patient had received the shot back in 2020 or 2021 and had no reaction whatsoever, not even pain at the injection site, and did very well. The patient stated that she did get COVID because her daughter, who worked outside the home, brought it home, but her husband and the patient were vaccinated and how it tears through the whole family, and they had a young child in the home at the time, he was do not know 5 or 6 and he caught it a couple of times and was the only one who became really sick, while all others did very well after that, and patient did not have any reaction back then. The patient stated that she did not have any reaction at that time. This was recent, and the patient had a scan done because of a back injury; an MRI was performed, followed by a PET scan, and they were trying to evaluate findings in a pulmonary area and patient was thinking the heck, but she was just curious, it was just in general, like general with cancer anything you see on that? she was just curious about the nodule. Comments on myocarditis, questions on gastrointestinal issues. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
