Symptom narrative

Patient was administered Prevnar 20 at pharmacy on 12/19/25; patient stated that on 12/24/25, date that patient had just arrived in another country, left arm had rash, red and inflamed. Patient checked in at an Urgent Care while in another country on the 27th of December, was given an antibiotic (flucloxallin). Doctors there confirmed it was cellulitis. Patient came in to our pharmacy on evening of 1/20/26 to report all of this to us, said that rash had mostly gone, but traces remained.
