Mom messaged the office via the patient portal stating that patient may have been having a reaction to the immunization given on 1/20/2026. Mom sent picture via the portal as well and explained that she had the mark show up this morning, 1/21/2026, as well as was sick this morning. Mom said that patient did have a low-grade fever, but she did give Motrin to help with it. Dr. was made aware and advised to mom that sometimes these symptoms are common with shots. He advised mom to alternate Tylenol and Motrin and to apply cool compresses as needed.
