Symptom narrative

Mom reported that patients arm was swollen today. It was hard and hot to the touch. She also had a low grade fever and looked pale. Our provider recommended monitoring at home for now since she was not having any pain when using her arm. Advised to use cold compress or tylenol/ibuprofen for now and to call back in a day or two if not any better.
