Symptom narrative

Patient reprots with complaints of left upper arm swelling, redness, and erythema. She also reproted fatgiue, headache, chills, and nausea. She was seen at local urgent care for treatment. Which she was Keflex and Triamcinolone Cream for a diagnosis of cellulitis (1/17/26). She returned the following day (1/18/26) for worseing symptpm and spreading of erythema. Urgent care administered Rocephin 1 gram IM and Dexamethasone 4mg. She received PCV13 in 2021 without difficulty.

Medical history

Hyperlipidemia, Prediabetes, Osteopenia, Vit D Deficiency, Glaucoma, IBS, Insomnia

Other medications

Cloestipol 1gram, IBU PRN, Seroquel 25mg, Timolol Eye drops
