Symptom narrative

Patient unknowingly received duplicate dose of RSV. Patient came to the pharmacy to request an RSV vaccine, which was confirmed by the pharmacist. Patient stated she had COPD which therefore was a qualifying risk factor to receive the vaccine when under age 75. After receiving the vaccine, the patient then stated she had it previously in 2023. Patient did not experience or report any adverse reactions or issues at the time of the vaccine.
