On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: he had an awful case of shingles) and pain (Verbatim: Pain). The reporter reported that his/her dad was sure to get all the recommended vaccines, but he had an awful case of shingles. Three years later the pain was severe at times. The reporter said he will not be getting those shots. Their immune systems were made pretty well. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset and laboratory test confirming shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
