Symptom narrative

Influenza was given on 1-12-26. There were no complaints to note after vaccination and patient left the facility after 15 minutes. Patient revisited the pharmacy today (1-21-26) and states she had to go to emergency care facility because she was in so much pain in her neck and arm all the way down to her hand. Patient stated this occurred immediately after vaccination and continued until she decided to go to emergency care on 1-20-26. The doctors there gave her a steroid pack and was instructed to take until complete (6 days). Patient noted that there was no bruising, redness, or swelling in the vaccination area or any other accompanying symptoms.
