Symptom narrative

Felt dizzy breathless in late August. PCP appt on 0912/2022 blood work showed anemia. Referred to Hematologist. 2 nights in hospital 11/5-6 getting emergency transfusion. Had bone marrow biopsy soon after. Eventually diagnosed as Pure Red Cell Aplasia. Treated with cyclosporine and predisone. HGB came up to normal in Spring 2023. Weaned off prednisone and then cyclosporine. Relapsed and required transfusions unril March 2024. Stablized at below nornal HGB (12) as of 1/2026. Continued use of cyclosporine. Now dealing with nephrotoxicity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and, SCC due to cyclosporine
