Symptom narrative

Rash at site of administration that progressed to cover entire upper arm, warmth to the touch. Not painful or itchy. No evidence of anaphylaxis. Started 1/20/2026 (24 hrs after administration). Given Prednisone 20 mg tablet, 2 tablet PO BID x 5 days for treatment. Patient given instructions on when/if to proceed to ER or to be re-evaluated in office
