Symptom narrative

Patient presented with large red area, warm to the touch, and itchy. She stated that red border had been increasing since Saturday (the day after receiving the shot. I recommended she be seen by a MD due to the fact it was increasing in size (possible cellulitis). Physician deemed it an allergic reaction and had patient take zyrtec over the counter. It was treated as an insensitivity with antihistamines only
