Immediate post-injection reactionUrticaria

Symptom narrative

Immediate urticaria to bilateral thighs, neck, trunk, and face. Happened within 30 seconds of injections. Pt was given Benadryl and symptoms completely resolved. No airway involvement, wheezing, or any other signs of anaphylaxis or other reaction.
