Symptom narrative

Reports persistent right shoulder and arm pain following COVID-19 vaccination administered on 10/24/2025 (Pfizer, right deltoid, administered by student nurse).Reports immediate post-vaccine soreness on 10/24/25, initially assumed to be typical vaccine-related pain. Over the following days, pain persisted and worsened, with increasing functional limitation (difficulty opening doors, lifting water bottle, avoiding use of right arm). 12/11/25: Messaged PCP via Online Chart due to ongoing and worsening symptoms, including shoulder ache, radiating arm pain, random throbbing, and sleep disturbance. 12/31/25: Completed virtual PCP visit 01/08/26: Chiropractic visit for worsening symptoms and inability to lift right arm; developed left-sided rib pain attributed to overcompensation (2 ribs ?out of place?).
