Symptom narrative

pt had no sign of reaction until noted the next morning (almost 24hrs later) with small area of redness to upper Left arm at injection site; area of size was initially around golf ball size per Mother's report with redness/hot to touch and with pain/soreness; now 3 days later redness has spread to cover majority of outer Left arm around where injection was done; pt now only complains of area with itching and burning sensation; some swelling/redness noted;
