Symptom narrative

Patient perceived that the injection was "given too high" in her left arm, and showed where the arm had swollen from the back side of the shoulder, down towards the elbow. She said that she had to go to Urgent Care to get treatment. She was given a Rx for Cephalexin 500mg.
