not received a second dose yet; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose of vaccine on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: not received a second dose yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-JAN-2026 The pharmacist reported that the facility had not returned calls to arrange a date to administer the second dose on schedule, and the patients had not yet received their second dose. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
