This case involves a 6 years old and unknown gender patient who was administered with an expired dose of suspect of IPV (VERO) [IPOL] with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 14-Jan-2026, the patient received 0.5 ml expired (dose 3) of suspect IPV (VERO), Suspension for injection, lot JF7DM, expiry date:20-Nov-2025, strength not reported via unknown route in unknown administration site for Immunization with no reported adverse event (expired product administered) (latency: same day).
