Pt received vaccine without issue. Pt walked down hall and sat in lab chair. As MA [name withheld] was drawing blood, pt experienced syncopal seizure-lasting <5sec. Pt aroused on own. Pt was pale, diaphoretic, somewhat dazed. Feet were elevated, cool compress applied to neck. BP at time was 90/60, pulse 70. Pt was observed and eventually brought to an exam room to lay on table. Continued monitoring of status, BP for ~1hr. BP stabilized to 112/76. Pt walked back to office. Returned to clinic 2:15pm, had good color, BP stable.
