Symptom narrative

I started feeling nauseated on 1/21/2026, the day after receiving the vaccine upon waking around 8:00 am. I also had a headache and felt fatigued. The nausea continued all day. I felt a little better when I awoke on 1/22/2026 but the nausea came back after being awake for a half hour or so.

Current illness

Had vertigo in December 2025. Resolved by Epley maneuver on 12/23/2025 at the doctor?s office.
