Day 10 following immunization: 102.8* fever, Day 11 - 104.5* fever, Day 12 Rash on trunk and neck with light headedness and mild breathing difficulty, Day 13 - larger rash from hips to scalp that itch along with light headedness and increased difficulty breathing (pain when taking a full breath). // Care for adverse effects taken at [name withheld] Urgent Care [city, phone number withheld] by [name withheld] PA-C. Prescribed inhaler for breathing, prescribed antihistamines for itchy rash, prescribed steroid cream for itching rash. Advised may continue to have symptoms up to 2 weeks.
