Symptom narrative

Redness, blotching, pain and warmth to her bilateral upper thighs. She has otherwise been well--no fever, breastfeeding well. Mom notes the areas seemed tender on Sunday and this AM. Her vaccine band aids are intact and the warm, red lesions are well below the band aids.
