Symptom narrative

Patient was given wrong vaccine dose. She was ordered to receive an mNexspike covid vaccine for 65 and older but instead was administered a Spikevax covid vaccine for pediatric patients. Patient was contacted and scheduled to come back to receive another dose of the Spikevax pediatric dose. At the time the physician called the patient, she noted patient was doing well and at base line health.
