PATIENT COMPLAINED OF KNOT IN UPPER ARM STARTING THE 18TH. BY THE 23RD NOTICED THAT THE KNOT OR SWELLING HAD WENT DOWN BUT NOW THERE WAS A RASH WITH HEAT ON HIS UPPER ARM IN PLACE OF IT.
