The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 08-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated, Adult, 50 u/mL Suspension for injection 64457223:4096 (VAQTA) (Batch/Lot Number: Y009094) (Expiration date: 29-Nov-2025) 1 syringe as prophylaxis inadvertently after its labeled expiry date (Expired product administered).
