Late 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 22-year-old female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received 1st dose on 10-DEC-2024, batch number AZ283 and expiry date: 05-FEB-2028). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date:14-JAN-2026 A medical assistant called to report and seek guidance regarding a dose of Twinrix that had been administered earlier. The patient had previously received a dose of a hepatitis B vaccine Heplisav-B first dose on 06-N0V-2025 and a dose of a hepatitis A vaccine (Havrix) first dose on 04-NOV-2025. The reporter asked if she had to complete the schedule with the Twinrix. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
