Symptom narrative

not received a second dose yet; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 92-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 04-JUN-2025). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: not received a second dose yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-JAN-2026 The pharmacist reported that the facility did not return calls to set up a day to give the second dose on schedule, and they have not received a second dose yet.
