Symptom narrative

Probable intussusception which self resolved. 3 hours of significant abdominal pain with tense abdomen, legs up to chest, inconsolable screaming that waxed and waned every 30 minutes or so. Was acting normal during times when didn't have the significant pain. No previous illness. No trauma. Abdominal X-ray with global dilation of small and large bowel without obstruction. Ultrasound with no obvious intussusception. Symptoms resolved after ultrasound and transferred to main hospital for reevaluation and pediatric surgeon discussion. No surgery required
