Pt. came in with Mother for 15 month Vaccine, I got the vaccines for VFC and I showed the Vaccines to FNP who verified the vaccines, after the vaccines were given , Mother gave me her Immunization Card and she already received MMR, Varicella on 10/29/25, I went to speak to FNP, she told me to tell mom that patient just got extra immunity, everything is fine, I went back and explained to the mother and she was ok and said Thank You, I had printed Vaccine record but it was someone else I that was looking at.
