Symptom narrative

- received Menquadfi at the facility on 12/16/2025- experienced significant arm pain and limited motion (could not lift arm) starting the morning after. Persisted several days, sought care through Urgent Care. Seen 3 times in 10 days. Evaluated by musculoskeletal specialist who did imaging and diagnosed with vaccine injury in shoulder bursa. Pt received a cortisol injection and was told to monitor for symptom improvement over the next week.
