Pt stated she is experiencing redness, swelling, warmth to the left arm where she received shingles and pneumonia vaccinations. She also stated being in agonizing pain along with the previously mentioned symptoms, beginning on 1/19/26. She claims to have cellulitis but hasn't been seen by any medical professional at that time.
