Symptom narrative

The adverse event was the pre-term birth of my twins. The twins' due date was XXXX. This was my first pregnancy and was the result of frozen embryo transfer. The RSV vaccine was administered XXXX; 7 days later on XXXX, my twins were delivered via emergency C-section at 34 weeks, 5 days of gestation due to "fetal intolerance," as the twins' heartrates dropped below 80 BPM. Twin A was delivered at 4 lbs, 11 oz; Twin B was delivered at 3 lbs, 14 oz. Section 5.2 of the package insert for Abrysvo warns of the risk of preterm births in pregnant individuals and so recommends that the vaccine be administered between 32 and 36 weeks of gestation.

12/02/2025 - I was at the facility for a non-stress test (NST) during which time the twins heartrates dropped. I was sent to triage at the adjoining Hospital to monitor the twins heartrates further. At that time, the emergency C-section took place when their heartrates dropped below a safe threshold.
