Symptom narrative

Left arm was sore after shot, next day left arm extremely sore, low back and then fronts of thighs following day, then low fever not feeling well, to neck on left then right side, right shoulder hurt as well. Then all my legs and both hips. I've been sick for 62 days and counting. Pain 10 to 12, now 6 to 8. Can't pull my blanket up, roll over, get out of bed, stand up straight. Walk but 3 inches at a time, can't take a bath, barely get into car, can't sit on knees in tub, do a few things and then fatigued, wake up every 5 to 6 hrs in pain for more Tylenol.
