Symptom narrative

Patient came in last night on 1/23/26 and presented with a very red arm on injection site, his arm was swollen and he presented with a fever. The pharmacist on duty advised patient to go to the doctor to be evaluated but also advised to take ibuprofen and tylenol alternating for inflammation and fever.
