On an unknown date, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced vaccine administered at inappropriate site (Verbatim: the injection was hitting the axis of the triangle, low in the arm in the doppler area). The outcome of the vaccine administered at inappropriate site was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-JAN-2026 and 15-JAN-2026 Pharmacist reported that a lady had received Boostrix full dose 2 weeks ago but the injection was hitting the axis of the triangle, low in the arm in the Doppler area. The reporter needs any data about efficacy and proper protection for this way of injection or if she needs to be vaccinated or drawn some titers. The reporter asked if there was any literature search about it or trials. Patient main concern was about good protection because she wanted to visit the new grandson baby coming. The Vaccine Administration Facility was the same as Primary Reporter.
