Symptom narrative

Patient reports that a few days after receiving her shingles shot on 1/20 her upper arm developed a large, red, itchy, hot spot about the size of a softball. it was sore, which responded well to ice and rest. The redness is still present today, 1/25/26, but no longer itches, is hot or is impacting range of motion.
