Symptom narrative

Within 4 hours the pain in my left arm was so bad it made me cry. It radiated through out my shoulder to the elbow. Nothin alleviated it. I used ice and over the counter pain relievers. I proceeded to have constant pain to the present time effecting my day to day activities adversely. I still have pian almost 3 months later and am attending physical therapy for it.
