Reported Symptoms: 10016178:FALLING DOWN; 10016558:FEVER; 10039897:SEDATION; 10047700:VOMITING; 10047862:WEAKNESS; Narrative: 72 yo male living on the CLC with a significant PMH of splenectomy, CTEPH, and COPD was given the 2025-2026 Pfizer/BioNTech covid vaccine in October 2025. The following day, MOD was notified that patiet developed a mild fever, slight tachycardia, nausea, and vomiting. Patient was given a dose of acetaminophen. A few hours later, a MET was called since the patient had an unwitnessed fall and had new right sided weakness. Patient was transferred to nearest ED where work-up was monstly negative. Due to vomiting, patient was diagnosed with possible aspiration pneumonia which was treated with amoxicillin/clavulanate and doxycycline. Patient returned to baseline after completion of treatment. Of note, patient had previous falls and symptoms to prior covid vaccinations, but never this severe. Other Relevant HX: Other: WEAKNESS RESULTING IN FALL
