Reported Symptoms: 10028350:MUSCLE WEAKNESS; 10039177:RIGORS; Narrative: COVID and flu vaccine given the same day on 12/14/24; Patient's daughter called and reported patient may have had a reaction to the vaccines given on 12/14/23. COVID and flu were given at the same time. Patient was taken to hospital on 12/15/23. Patient was with stiff muscles and shakes. Patient is better now. Other Relevant HX: Other: RIGOR, MUSCLE WEAKNESS
