Reported Symptoms: 10028350:MUCLE WEAKNESS; 10039177:RIGORS; Narrative: Spoke with patient's daughter. She stated that patient may have had a reaction to the vaccines given on 12/14/23. Covid and flu were given. Patient was taken to hospital on 12/15/23. Patient was with still muscles and shakes. Patient is better now. Other Relevant HX: Other: RIGOR; MUSCLE WEAKNESS
