Symptom narrative

other reports that approximately 1 hour before coming in, child had 1 bout of nonbloody, nonbilious emesis followed by about 5 minutes of some "rhythmic shaking" with patient's eyes were back in her head. Patient then had a few minutes of confusion before returning to baseline. Fever 105.2 upon arrival at ER.
