Symptom narrative

Mother reports 2 days after vaccination on 1/24/2026 child's left thigh with red area. Next day on 1/25/26, left thigh, red area "whelped" per mother. No fevers, good appetite. Child was little fussy. Able to use lower extremities well without problems. Mother instructed that this is local reaction. Give Tylenol or Ibuprofen PRN pain or fevers, cool compresses to area on left thigh. FU in clinic PRN any worsening symptoms. On 1/26/2026, area still red, not as swollen, No new or worsening symptoms reported by mother.
