Symptom narrative

After receiving the HPV vaccine at 9:02am, she fainted and had a few jerky movements before coming to. She was pale and had a thready pulse, and had a hard time keeping her eyes open but was able to answer questions. Her legs were elevated and checked BP and pulse ox were normal. Constant monitoring by RN. Given apple juice 6 oz. Pulse and perfusion improved She describes the chest pressure as feeling like a bubble in her chest like she needs to burp. She has not eaten today. She did well walking to Xray and was feeling much better, sent home to monitor. The whole event lasted about 2 hours - pt able to sit up/walk after about 90 min.

EKG done due to chest pressure on 1/26/26, normal sinus rhythm. Chest Xray done as well due to chest pressure - no CXR.
