Symptom narrative

Patient had swelling of lips and hands. Itchiness on R should, R foot, purities. No respiratory complaint, no wheezing, minimal nausea. No prior history. Treatment was Triamcinolone 40 mg IM. Outcome stable, phone follow up if increased symptoms.
