Symptom narrative

Patient is currently experiencing sharp neurological challenges, feeling buzzing sound in brain, experiencing skull loss in inches and often in pain. Disorders include tremors, TBI symptoms and anemia. Patient's medical records reflects improper anthrax vaccine administration. TB medication was also administered at the same time, indicating there was possible adverse body reaction to improperly administered anthrax vaccine.
