Symptom narrative

patient had a burning sensation as the injection was administered. Mentioned it was painful to lift her shoulder within 10 minutes of administration. Next day follow-up patient had trouble raising her right arm and was using pain meds to treat the pain. Patient said they would follow up with physician if arm got worse instead of better.
