Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Chills-Severe, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Systemic: Shakiness-Severe, Additional Details: Patient stated having severe chills and shakiness the day after the vaccine , almost felt like a seizure , lasted for 1 day.In addition , severe swelling of the injections site , painful to touch , big lump,lasted for 8 days. patient also stated having severe HSV 1 flare up all around the lips and under the nose area , patient have history of HSV 1 ,but never had severe flare ups like this,stated still not resolved until today
