Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Pt presented to the pharmacy w/pain radiating down the arm from injection site area. Pt stated it started around the time she received her Boostrix vaccine. When asked where it was injected, she showed her deltoid , the correct area. She was not angry, but just informing the pharmacy what happened and was counseled to see her Md.
