Symptom narrative

Pt states that the shot was given high up on her left arm, (indicating the shoulder area.) She was a little sore at the injection site but about 5 days later, the pain increased. States since then she's had pain with certain movements of her left arm. It is more painful in the morning, interfering with her being able to fix her hair. When she takes ibuprofen, the pain is much more tolerable.

Hypothyroidism, Dyslipidemia, Osteoporosis, Vit D deficiency,

Alendronate, Calcium carbonate, Cholecalciferol, Fluticasone NS, levothyroxine
