Received HEPLISAV-B as First Dose and was Given ENGERIX-B as Second Dose; Initial report received on 02-Jan-2026. A consumer reported that a female patient received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization as the first dose and received ENGERIX-B as the second dose. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available)]. On an unknown date, about a month after receiving HEPLISAV-B, the patient received dose 2 of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX-B (lot number not provided)].
