Symptom narrative

Patient reports approx 10/2024 immediately after recieving the 1st dose of shigrix vaccine she experienced an immense amount of sinus pressure. The pressure remained for approximately 3 days. Patient contacted her primary care provider on the 3rd day and was advised to monitor and follow up. Sinus pressure resolved the following day. Several months after the vaccination was recieved the patient went to her audiologist and was advised that there was permenant hearing loss noted.
